As we close out 2024, I want my monthly report for a time of celebration. God is good. His goodness reigns supreme in the fact He sent His Son to save us. The love God has for us is unmatched, and truly unfathomable.
CCW has had a great year! We've brought in several new members and have had a number of baptisms.
Our mailbox system is great for Christmas cards, but it provides me with a built-in organized look at the number matrix of the church. This year we removed only 1 box and added 10 new ones. It gives me a way to have a general idea of how many people belong and regularly attend CCW. We can say that our church is over 120 people, but we will not get everyone here on the same Sunday. Candace takes a weekly count of our attendance, and we can see that we have some work to do to continue with our momentum.

*Follow up with folks interested in joining the church
*Cultivate a stronger small group ministry
*Reach out and connect people with upcoming events
*Follow up with Christmas visitors
*Reach out to youth group kids who do not have a home church
I believe that part of the reason for our growth pattern this year is the leadership coming together in unity and our common goal of focusing on Jesus. I look forward to more Leadership team building and seeing God do even greater things in 2025.
